Refund policy

At Shop Vibe Theory, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help with an eligible return.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include your receipt or other proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@shopvibetheory.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and work with you to find the best solution.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Beauty and personal-care products that have been opened or used
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Special-order items
  • Perishable products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure whether a specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or variation, the quickest option is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll process your refund according to the Refunds section below.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any legal exceptions.

Returned items must generally be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
